Sports without injury

Before playing your favorite sport, follow up the following tips:
* Achieve physical fitness before you start or restart the practice of a sport.
* Know and respect the rules of the sport.
* Avoid playing dirty.
* Use appropriate protective items such as: mouth guards, ankle, wrist, and others.
* Learn how to properly handle the elements that are used. For example: blades, rackets, hockey stick.
* Warm up and stretch before playing sports.
* Avoid playing if you are too tired or not feeling well for any reason.
* Drink plenty of fluids before, during and after the game to prevent dehydration.
* Do not eat immediately after sports. Wait at least an hour.
